When will my order arrive?

Most U.S. orders arrive in 5 to 8 business days. We ship from New York City, then your Happy Banana heads your way.

A single pair ships anywhere in the U.S. for $14.95.

Buy $150 or more and U.S. shipping is free. That means the 5-pack and 7-pack both ship free. Your banana gets the royal treatment.

International shipping is a flat $40.

Where do you ship from?

New York City. The boxer briefs are made in China and every order leaves from NYC.

Can I return my underwear?

Yes. You get 30 days to decide if merino is for you.

If you are not into them, email hello@myhappybanana.com to start a return. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simple as that.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

We will swap it for free, and you do not need to return the original pair.

Email hello@myhappybanana.com with your order number and the size you need. We will sort it out.

For reference:

• Small: 28 to 30 inches
• Medium: 32 to 34 inches
• Large: 36 to 38 inches
• XL: 40 to 42 inches

Between sizes? Go up. The boys prefer room to negotiate.

How do I wash merino boxer briefs?

Wash cold on gentle. Skip the bleach and fabric softener. Then lay flat to dry or tumble dry low.

That is it. No ceremonial wool ritual required.

Merino manages moisture and odor well, so most customers wear a pair 2 to 3 days between washes. Less laundry. More clean underwear when you actually need it.
