Where we ship from
Happy Banana ships from our New York City fulfillment hub via USPS, UPS, and DHL.
Domestic (United States) — flat rate
- Single Pair: $14.95 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the U.S.
- 5-Pack & 7-Pack: $20 flat-rate shipping anywhere in the U.S.
- Standard delivery: 3–7 business days from our warehouse.
International — flat rate
- $40 flat shipping to all supported countries.
- Standard international transit: 7–18 business days.
- Duties & taxes: The customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees levied by the destination country. These are not included in our shipping price.
Order processing
- Orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day.
- Orders placed after 1:00 PM ET, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays ship the next business day.
- You will receive an email with tracking once your order is on the way.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days (domestic) or 21 business days (international), email us at hello@myhappybanana.com and we'll open a carrier claim and reship at our cost.
Wrong address
If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, contact us within 1 hour of ordering and we'll update it before fulfillment. Once a package leaves our warehouse, we cannot reroute it; you'll need to wait for the carrier to return it before we can reship.
Try-On Guarantee
Wrong size when it arrives? We'll send you the correct size at no additional cost — no return required for the original pair. Email us within 30 days of delivery.
