All Sales Are Final
All items purchased from Happy Banana are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, or store credit.
We stand behind the quality of every product we make. Because our items are produced in limited quantities and shipped internationally, we are unable to accept returns. Please review all product details, photos, and the size chart carefully before placing your order.
Size Exchanges
We do not offer free size exchanges. However, if you need a different size, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
- You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You are responsible for all shipping costs — both the return shipment to us and the reshipment of the replacement item.
- Replacement is subject to availability. If your requested size is out of stock, we cannot fulfill the exchange.
To start a size exchange request, email myhappybananaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and the size you need.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we want to make it right. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion. Damage caused by normal wear, improper care, or alterations is not covered.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the shipping carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your order:
- Check with neighbors, your building's mail room, or front desk.
- Contact your local post office or carrier.
- Email us at myhappybananaofficial@gmail.com — we will help investigate, but cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for carrier-related issues.
Pre-Order Items
Some items may be available for pre-order. Pre-order items have longer fulfillment timelines, which are noted on the product page. Pre-orders are non-refundable once placed. Estimated ship dates are provided as a guide and may shift due to production timelines.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at myhappybananaofficial@gmail.com. We can only cancel orders that have not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the final sale policy applies.

Defective or Damaged Items
Applies to all customers worldwide
Received something defective, damaged, or wrong? Email us at myhappybananaofficial@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll replace it or refund you in full.
European Union / EEA — Right of Withdrawal
Effective March 1, 2026
EU and EEA customers: you have 14 days from delivery to return your order. No reason needed.
To withdraw, email myhappybananaofficial@gmail.com before the 14-day window closes. Include:
- Your order number
- Your name and address
- A note that you want to withdraw
What happens next
- We refund your full payment, including standard shipping, within 14 days of hearing from you.
- If you chose express shipping, that extra cost is not refunded.
- Refund goes back to your original payment method.
- Send the items back within 14 days. Return shipping is on you.
Condition: Items must come back unworn, with all tags attached. You can try things on — that's what the return window is for. But if items show signs of wear beyond trying on, we'll deduct the loss in value from your refund.
United Kingdom — Right to Cancel
Effective March 1, 2026
UK customers: under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from delivery to cancel your order. No reason needed.
To cancel, email myhappybananaofficial@gmail.com before the 14-day window closes. Include:
- Your order number
- Your name and address
- A note that you want to cancel
What happens next
- We refund your full payment, including standard delivery, within 14 days of hearing from you.
- If you chose express delivery, that extra cost is not refunded.
- Refund goes back to your original payment method.

Australia — Consumer Guarantees
Effective March 1, 2026
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010).
- Major defect? Full refund or replacement — your choice.
- Minor quality issue? We'll repair or replace it.
- You're also entitled to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Your ACL rights stand. Nothing in our return policy changes that. To make a claim, email myhappybananaofficial@gmail.com with your order number and details.
Switzerland — Right of Return
Effective March 1, 2026
Swiss consumers have a 14-day right of return under the Swiss Code of Obligations for distance selling. Same conditions as the EU withdrawal section above.
